This promotion is open to all Midwest Miles members who register for the promotion prior to qualifying flight activity. Members may register online at midwestmiles.com or by phone through our automated promotion line at 800-314-7125 (option 3, then option 2). Use promo code 12FREE. Bonus mileage and companion ticket offer is valid for all qualifying Midwest Airlines flights June 1 through September 5, 2008. Members must choose to earn Midwest Miles and fly on published fare tickets to qualify for the bonus mileage and companion ticket. Bonus miles will only be earned on flights between Milwaukee and Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York La Guardia, Orlando, San Diego, San Francisco or Seattle/Tacoma. Bonus miles will post to your account when the actual flight miles post. Maximum of one companion ticket may be earned. This promotion may not be combined with any other mileage promotion and is offered in conjunction with all program rules and procedures. Qualifiers will receive their companion award certificate number via email within four weeks of completing your third roundtrip flight. Companion award travel must be completed by February 28, 2009.
