Terms and Conditions (MPS080)
1. Offer valid only for original recipients of an invitation
to the offer.
2. Registration required within ten days of ticket purchase
at united.com/mps080.
3. To qualify for this offer, member must register, then
purchase and complete qualifying roundtrips in published
United First(R), United Business(R), or United Economy(R)
fares. Valid on travel from the 50 United States, Puerto
Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada to any United
destination worldwide between February 15, 2010, and
May 16, 2010. For this offer, a roundtrip is defined
as travel from an origin city to a destination city with
return travel beginning in the outbound destination city
back to the first origin city with all segments on United
or United Express(R). Open jaw and circle trips do not
qualify.
4. Valid carriers: United and United Express. Not valid on
United-marketed code-share flights operated by other
carriers.
5. Ticketing and travel period: February 15, 2010 - May 16, 2010.
6. Offer valid on all published fares. Not valid on
government fares.
7. E-Ticket(R) purchase is required.
8. For tickets purchased in the U.S.: Tickets purchased
through United reservation are subject to a $25 ticketing
fee and tickets purchased at airport ticket counters are
subject to a $30 ticketing fee. Fees are subject to
change.
9. Offer may be earned a maximum of three times during the
promotional period.
10. Passenger must be a member of United's Mileage Plus
frequent flyer program for travel to qualify for this
offer. Flights must be credited to the Mileage Plus
account by the end of the promotional period to be
eligible for this offer.
11. Bonus miles will be deposited to member's account
within six to eight weeks following the end of the
promotional period.
12. Offer not combinable with other non-combinable offers.
